What listeners will find here
Buffy, big crushes, and a French horn cameo collide
Buffy the Vampire Slayer takes center stage as Kevin and PJ revisit the show’s strong female lead, leather-heavy style, and unforgettable musical energy. Along the way, they gush over Donncha O’Callaghan and welcome a scene-stealing appearance from PJ’s husband José.
A lost episode, AI paranoia, and one very regretted manscaping session
Lost media is the main event here, sparked by a full vanished podcast episode and a week of tech mishaps. Kevin brings wine-run chaos and belly-hair regret, while PJ juggles teaching his mammy about spotting AI and wondering if he’s being fooled too.
Dating disasters, viral chaos, and a Lake District catch-up
Dating disasters take center stage as Kevin shares stories from a Lake District trip with the CrossFit crew and talks about his viral tiny blind video. Expect funny listener submissions about red flags, bad behavior, and even smelly feet, with the usual no-judgment energy.
Parenting chaos, therapy dilemmas, and a big chat about what happiness really is
Happiness is the focus here, as PJ and Kevin dig into the gap between feeling happy and feeling content. Alongside that, PJ reflects on minding his niece and nephew, while Kevin weighs up therapy, attraction, and whether a relationship is necessary for long-term happiness.
Road rage, meta glasses, and why celebrity memoirs are irresistible
Road rage, designer sunglasses, and celebrity memoirs all get a workout in this chat with Kevin and PJ. They swap recent run-ins with angry drivers, rail against meta glasses, and dive into Famesick by Lena Dunham while unpacking the appeal of celeb tell-alls.
