Three Bean Salad

Cowboys is a playful episode that treats podcasters as the cowboys of today, swapping horses for ergonomic chairs and six-shooters for lukewarm banter. If you like loose, silly premise-driven comedy, this one sounds built around stretching that comparison as far as it will go.

This episode is a brief break in the usual schedule: there’s no standard Three Bean Salad installment because the month has a fifth Wednesday. It also points listeners toward Patreon, merch, and ways to get in touch with the show.

Soup is the topic, as Max of Bremen sends the beans into a liquid-themed episode of lukewarm banter. Expect the same scrupulous attention they’d give any subject, only this time the subject comes in a bowl.

Dancing is the subject here, approached with the show’s usual sideways humor and a mock-philosophical nod to Dancercise. Expect a light, absurd riff on movement, language, and the kind of topic that can go anywhere.

Taxis are the subject here, kicked off by the unsettling fact that UK cab drivers are exempt from wearing seatbelts to reduce the risk of passenger strangulation. It sounds like an episode that uses one grim detail to explore the odd, tense relationship between cabbies and their fares.
